NADMO presents items to cholera patients

Tepa (Ash), Dec 11, GNA – The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) and the Ahafo-Ano North District Assembly have presented 50 blankets valued at 3.5 million cedis to 35 cholera patients in the district.

Making the presentation at Tepa, The District NADMO Co-ordinator, Nana Atakora said the organization and the assembly felt the urgent need to assist the patients in view of the precarious state in which they found themselves. Madam Elizabeth Adentwi, the District Director of Health Services who received the items on behalf of the victims, thanked NADMO and the assembly. She appealed to other non-governmental organizations to come to the aid of the victims.
