APSTAR Airlines introduces rescue service

In its efforts to protect and provide assistance to its passengers, Apstar Airlines in collaboration with West African Rescue Association will provide air and ground emergency transportation services to passengers.

In the unlucky event that Apstar Airlines/ Hamburg International passenger suffers a medical emergency anywhere in Ghana, a rescue service will be provided using a helicopter to fly the passenger to any specified medical centre in Ghana free of charge.

This facility will cover arriving passengers from Germany with return tickets for a period of one month from the date of arrival in Ghana. Similarly, passengers originating their journey from Ghana to Germany will enjoy the facility for a period of one month from the date of issue of their tickets before departure.

Apstar Airlines deems this service as a social responsibility to safeguarding its passengers against life-threatening risks, especially on the roads, and other health hazards.
