Minister: Examination test of honesty

Accra, July 2, GNA – Mr. Yaw Osafo-Maafo Minister of Education and Sports on Saturday described the upcoming Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination as a test of the students’ honesty and fairness. “The examination is a test not only of your knowledge of the various subjects, but also a test of your character as honest and fair minded persons, therefore, do not cheat,” the Minister stated in a goodwill message to encourage final year students. He said the examination is the leverage and the normal route to enter into the tertiary institutions in the country, and advised the students to avoid cheating. The SSS examination starts from Monday, July 4 to Wednesday, August 3.
