Repair this road – Chief

Adjen-Kotoku (GA), June 27, GNA – Nii Tackie Amoah VI, Chief of Adjen-Kotoku in the Ga West District last Thursday said due to the bad nature of the road from the town to Nsawam sick persons are carried on shoulders to Medie before they are transported to Nsawam Government Hospital for medical care.

He therefore, appealed to the Ga West District Assembly to assist them re-gravel the five-kilometre feeder road to alleviate the plight of the people.

Nii Tackie Amoah made the appeal at a meeting with his people at Adjen-Kotoku to discuss how best they could help themselves minimize the problem. Nii Tackie Amoah also called on the Ministry of Health to help them put up a health post or clinic in the town to reduce the sufferings of the people of traveling long distance for their health care.
