Ensure peace in your area – MP

Amasaman (GAR), May 6, GNA – Mr. Samuel Nii Aryeetey Attoh, Member of Parliament for Trobo-Amasaman constituency, on Friday called on chiefs and people in the area to refrain from fanning chieftaincy disputes to ensure peace.

He further urged them to stop selling lands already sold, put an end to the engagement of landguards who cause trouble by destroying the property of innocent estate developers.

He said this attitude has led to the lost of lives, some of whom are the only bread winners for others. Nii Attoh, who was peaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in an interview at Amasaman also urged them to undertake development projects that would enhance progress in the area. 06 May 05
