Aliu leaves for Gaborone

Accra, May 3, GNA – Vice President Aliu Mahama on Monday night left Accra for Botswana to open a Ghana-Botswana Expo 2005. He was accompanied by Mr Alan Kyeremanteng, Minister of Trade and Industry.

The four-day fair, which opens on Wednesday in Gaborone, is aimed at promoting trade and investments between the two countries. The fair, which is under the theme: “Promoting investment and integration through trade and culture,” is expected to be attended by 500 Ghanaian companies, as well as some traditional leaders. 03 May 05
