Reconstruct road – Chief

Jukwa-Sefwi, (C/R) April 21, GNA – Nana Kwesi Gyan I, Chief of Jukwa Sefwi, has appealed to Department of Feeder Roads to reconstruct a Three-kilometre road from Jukwa Sefwi to link Jukwa township. He made the appeal on Tuesday when Rev. Ben Donkor, Member of Parliament for Heman-Lower Denkyira constituency visited the town to educate the electorate on government policies.

Nana Gyan said due to the bad nature of the bridge, children could not use the bridge to attend school at Jukwa and foodstuffs often got rotten.

He hoped the bridge when constructed would ensure easy evacuation of foodstuffs to Jukwa for sale and allow free movement of people to Jukwa.

The MP, accompanied by Mr Owusu Boadi Assemblyman for Jukwa Krobo electorate area later inspect the bridge and promised to contact the authorities assistance.
