GRASAG donates to KNUST hospital

Kumasi, April 19, GNA- The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) branch of the Graduate Students Association of Ghana (GRASAG), has donated a number of items worth three million cedis to the University hospital in Kumasi, as part of activities marking the third week celebration of the Association.

Miss Bertha Darteh, President of the GRASAG, described the donation, which comprised 10 foam mattresses and toiletries as a social responsibility.

She said helping to upgrade facilities at the hospital should be a shared responsibility of all stakeholders. Mrs Rebecca Twumasi, Senior Medical Assistant at the hospital thanked the Association for the kind gesture.
