Farmer remanded for shooting colleague

Nkoranza (BA), April 17, GNA – The Nkoranza District Court has remanded a 25-year-old farmer, Kwadwo Agyapong into two weeks prison custody for shooting and killing his colleague Kofi Nyarko. Kwadwo who was charged with negligently causing harm would reappear on 19 April.

Police Chief Inspector Augustine Webura, told the court presided over by Mr Justice George K. Addae, that on March 27, this year, Kwadwo mistook the deceased as a game and shot him whilst the two were on hunting expedition. 18 April 05
