World Vision donates boots to basic schools

Twifo Praso (C/R) Mar. 30, GNA – The Praso Area Development Programme of World Vision (Ghana) last week presented 30 canvas boots worth three million cedis to the District’s Basic schools combined team at Praso.

Mr. Nicholas Ayensu, field officer of the World vision who made the presentation said the donation was the programmes’ contribution towards the development of sports in the District.

Mr. Knight Acquah, Praso District Physical Education Organiser who received the boots thanked World Vision for its gesture and hoped the boots would motivate the team to give off their best during competitions.

He also thanked the Management of Twifo Oil Palm Plantation (TOPP) for agreeing to sponsor the District sport festival for the second time.
