Two roads to be closed for Independence parade

Accra, March 5, GNA – Two roads near the Independence Square would be closed on Sunday during the parade by security services and school children to mark the 48th Independence anniversary.

A statement signed by Mr D.A. Kwapong, Acting Director of Information Services, said the roads would be closed from 0700 to 1400 hours.

The roads are the Osu Traffic Light (28th February Road) to CEPS Head Office and the Osu cemetery to the traffic lights near the Ministries Police Station.

The statement appealed to motorists to take note and comply respectively.
