ISLAMABAD, March 5: President General Pervez Musharraf has greeted President of Ghana John Agyekum Kufuor on the occasion of national day of Ghana falling on March 6.
The President in his message of greetings said: “I have great pleasure to extend to Your Excellency, the Government and the People of Ghana my cordial greetings and sincere felicitations on the occasion of the national day of Ghana.
We in Pakistan cherish the bonds of friendship and cooperation that so happily exist between our two countries and which, I am confident, will be further strengthened in the years ahead.
“I avail myself on this opportunity to express my best wishes for Your Excellency’s health and happiness and for the continued progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Ghana under your sagacious leadership.
Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
