Accra, March 4, GNA – The Police on Friday announced that a Mercedes Benz 207 bus belonging to one Musah Bakari has been reported missing after it was snatched from him and asked for the assistance of the public to retrieve it.
The vehicle has the registration number AS 1926 W and chassis number WDB 6114681P118929.
A statement signed for Chief Inspector Cephas Arthur for the Police Public Relations Directorate said the missing vehicle is white in colour.
It said Mr Musah reported that a man, who had hired him from Kumasi to Kranya Akura, snatched the vehicle from him at gunpoint. The Police said anyone with information on the bus should contact the Yeji Police or the nearest Police Station. Such persons could also call Adams on Telephone number 0244-144220 or Mr Wayoe on 0244-161263.
