The Northern regional Minister, Alhji Boniface Abubakar Sadiique has called on all tribes in the region to see the Dagbon crisis as a problem for all to solve in unity and not only for Dagombas. He described Dagbon as the umbilical cord of the North saying what affects it affects the whole region and urged the people to unite as one people from the same area aiming at one cause. Alhaji Saddiique was speaking at an interaction with a cross-section of the media in Tamale.
The Northern regional Minister pledged to do everything possible with the collaboration of all stakeholders, especially the media to ensure the development of the region. He urged the media to be circumspect in their reportage to ease the tension in the area in order to attract investors.
