Nyinahin (Ash), Feb. 2, GNA – A 50-year-old Managing Director of Makarious Vineyard Enterprise in Takoradi has been enstooled the Kyidomhene of the Nyinahin Traditional Area.
Mr Owusu Duodu, the new chief was enstooled under the stool name of Nana Gyamra Owusu Duodu.
Swearing the oath of allegiance to Nana Amampene Boateng Twum, Nyinahinhene at a colourful ceremony held at Nyinahin on Monday, the new chief pledged his loyalty and obedience to him.
The new Kyidomhene further pledged to support the Nyinahinhene to promote education, health and agriculture in the traditional area. Nana Boateng Twum advised the Kyidomhene to co-operate with his people to bring about accelerated development in the area.
