Kagame leaves for home

Accra, Feb. 2, GNA – President Paul Kagame of Rwanda left Accra on Wednesday after attending the World Summit for the Information Society Conference.

Other high-ranking African envoys, who have left are Tunisian Prime Minister Mohamed Ghannouchi and Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abdulgeit.

Vice President Aliu Mahama and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ibrahim Omar, saw them off.

The summit, which ends on February 4, is being attended by over a 1,000 delegates.
