Sunyani (B/A), Dec. 9 , GNA – The Brong-Ahafo Regional Office of the Electoral Commission has officially declared election results in 17 out of the 24 constituencies in the region. Mr. Amadu Sulley, Regional Director, named the remaining seven constituencies are Pru, Asutifi North and Asutifi South, Techiman North and Techiman South, Asunafo North and Asunafo South. He told newsmen the results of the declared constituencies were certified ones and had been signed by all the party agents. Presidential Election: Jaman North Constituency Professor Evans Attah Mills (NDC) 12,253 Mr. John Agyekum Kufour (NPP) 9,986 Dr. Edward Nasiri Mahama (PNC) 207 Mr. George Aguddey (CPP) 200 221 of the total 22,646 valid votes were rejected.
Tain Constituency: Mr. J.A. Kufour (NPP) 16,399 Prof. Attah Mills (NDC) 14,817 Dr. Mahama (PNC) 507 Mr. Aguddey (CPP) 364
Atebubu/Amantin Constituency: Prof. Atta Mills (NDC) 17,002 Mr. Kufuor (NPP) 10.079 Dr. Mahama (PNC) 508 Mr. Aguddey (CPP) 290 292 of the total valid votes of 27,879 were rejected at the constituency.
