CPP candidate promises to forego salary

Accra, Nov. 12, GNA – Mr Anthony Mensah, Convention People’s Party (CPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Okaikoi South, has pledged to add his salary to the Member of Parliament’s (MP’s) share of the District Assemblies’ Common Fund (DACF) to develop the Contituency if he won the seat.

A statement signed by the candidate said his official accommodation, as MP would be given to the resident doctor of the Kaneshie Polyclinic.

“I will live in my house in the Constituency and serve my people as always,” he said.

“This I pledge to my fellow people of the Okaikoi South Constituency as my genuine contribution to the growth of the constituency.”
