New Year School to commence on December 28

Accra Oct. 28, GNA – This year’s Annual New Year School would commence on December 28 2004 and end on January 2, 2005 under the theme: “Wealth Creation for Accelerated National Development: The Imperatives and Challenges.”

A statement signed by Dr K. Kwabia Administrative Secretary of the School, said this years’ School, which is the 56th would take place at the Jones-Quartey Building, University of Ghana, Legon. The Institutive of Adult Education, University of Ghana organizes the School.

Topics to be discussed include: “Macro Economic Stability and Accelerated Wealth Creation;” “Financial Institution and Accelerated Wealth Creation;” “Modernizing Agriculture for Accelerated Wealth Creation and National Development”.

Other topics are: “Education and Training for Wealth Creation;” “Science, Technology and Accelerated Wealth Creation” and “The Burden of Diseases and Wealth Creation.”
