Ghanaians to obtain visa to enter Zimbabwe

Accra (Greater Accra), 22 Jan. ’99 –

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today announced that henceforth Ghanaians travelling to Zimbabwe shall require visas. A statement from the Ministry in Accra said visas may be obtained from the Zimbabwe High commission in Abuja, Nigeria, in the absence of a Zimbabwean Mission in Ghana. The Ministry, therefore, advises Ghanaian travellers to that country to take note of the information.
