Reports from Akatsi in the Ketu South district of the Volta Region say Mr. Kufuor was given a hostile reception when he arrived there as part of his campaign tour of the Volta region.
The Lens correspondence in Akatsi reports that even though the NDC executives in the area organised a civilised reception for Mr. Kufuor, it did not stop the people from coming out to express their displeasure at Mr. Kufuor and his administration’s handling of the affairs of this country.
The reports say the people expressed their displeasure by hooting and jeering at Mr. Kufuor.
