Aluworks offers more shares

Accra (Greater Accra), 11 Jan ’99 –

Aluworks Limited has increased its share offer on

the stock market with an additional 210,348 ordinary shares of no par value.

Consequently, its current ordinary shares of no par value on the market

now stands at about 13.89 million as against the previous offer

of about 13.68 million shares.

This was contained in a statement issued by the Ghana Stock Exchange in

Accra today.

The statement said trading of the new shares commenced last Friday,

January 8, 1999, alongside existing shares.
