Accra, Sept. 11, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor would on Sunday begin a five-day tour of the Brong Ahafo Region.
A statement issued on Friday by the Office of the President and signed by Kwabena Agyepong, Press Secretary to the President, said President Kufuor on the first two days of the tour would visit towns such as Bechem, Duayaw Nkwanta, Sunyani, Kukuom, Goaso and Kenyasi. Subsequently, he would visit other areas like Sampa, Drobo, Dormaa-Ahenkro, Berekum Nsawkaw and Wenchi.
The statement said President Kufuor would on the last day of his working visit be in Kintampo, Jema, Nkoranza and Techiman. It said President Kufuor would address durbars, interact with the people and inspect ongoing projects in the region.
