Man remanded for two visa fraud cases

Tema, Sept. 9, GNA- A self-employed man has appeared before the Tema Circuit Court ‘B’ on two US visa fraud cases 4,620 dollars. Nathaniel Quansah, pleaded not guilty and was remanded to re-appear on September 8, 2004.

Chief Inspector Alice Gyamfi, prosecuting, told the court that in March this year, the complainants discussed with the accused person about their decision to travel to the United States (US).

Chief Inspector Gyamfi said he succeeded in collecting the amount mentioned from the complainants and went into hiding.

The prosecution said sometime in August this year, one of the complainants found Quansah in a taxi and caused his arrest. 9 Sept.04
