Ghanaian youngster Joseph Opoku was in fine form as Zulte Waregem claimed a 2–0 victory over OH Leuven in the Belgian top flight.
The Black Satellites forward pulled the strings in attack, registering an assist while also topping the dribble count in a commanding display. His creativity and direct play caused constant problems for the Leuven defence as Waregem secured their second win of the season.
Opoku’s latest contribution takes his tally to three assists this campaign, highlighting his growing influence at the club. At just 20 years old, the Ghanaian is quickly making a name for himself in Belgium and attracting attention for his consistency and flair.
For both Waregem and Ghana’s youth setup, Opoku’s development will be one to watch closely this season.
