Anyinasuso citizen based in the US presents sports items

Anyinasuso (Ash), Aug 27, GNA – Nana Kwabena Dwomoh, a citizen of Anyinasuso based in the United States of America at the week-end presented sports items worth about 1.5 million cedis to Bayern Munich football team, a third division club at Anyinasuso.

The items include footballs, inflators and sets of jerseys. Nana Gyan Baffour, chief of Anyinasuso who made the presentation on behalf of Nana Dwomoh pledged his willingness to assist the team achieve its objectives.

He advised the players to be disciplined and dedicated to their training to ensure that the club wins honours for the community.

Nana Anthony Kofi Nti, Chairman of the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the club who received the items, expressed his appreciation for the donation and appealed to the supporters and others to assist the club to become one of the best in the District.

In a friendly match played to grace the occasion, Bayern Munich beat Dadiesoaba Pioneers 3-1.
