Accra, Aug.25, GNA – Mr Ali Treki, Special Envoy of the Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi, on Wednesday delivered a message to President John Agyekum Kufuor at the Castle, Osu.
They later held discussions behind closed-doors. The details of the message were not disclosed but were believed to centre on issues on the African Continent particularly the Darfur Crisis.
