Motorbikes for Birim South NFED

Akim Oda, Aug. 20, GNA – The Birim South District of the Non-Formal Education Division (NFED) of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, was presented with eight motorbikes valued at 56 million cedis, on Friday.

The bikes are to be distributed to the zonal supervisors and staff of the Division to enhance their work.

The District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr Yaw Amprofi, presented the motorbikes on behalf of the NFED and received by Mr Akomaning Ababio, Deputy District Director of the Division.

Mr Amprofi advised the beneficiaries to take good care of the bikes and warned that those who misused them would be made to pay for the maintance cost.

Mr Ababio gave the assurance that the bikes would be used solely for the purposes intended.

He urged the staff and zonal supervises to reciprocate the gesture by working hard.
