Akufo-Addo begins Greater Accra Regional tour today

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will today, November 8, begin a three-day tour of the Greater Accra Region.

The President is scheduled to start his regional tour later today from Tema Harbour where he’ll inspect the port expansion project and the paperless system.

The President will later visit major exporting companies and meet with industrialists, in the free zones enclave.

He’s also expected to address a durbar of Chiefs and people of Tema and Ashaiman.

On Friday, Nov. 10, President Akufo-Addo will inspect the site for Adjen Kotoku waste treatment and fertilizer plant station.

He will also visit Abossey Okai and later in the day inspect the Lavender Hill faecal water treatment plant. He will end at Osu.

On Monday, November 13, the last day of his tour, President Akufo-Addo, will address a durbar of Chiefs and people of Ga Mashie and a Durbar of Chiefs and people of LA, Teshie and Nungua.

He will visit waste and land fill site at Otinibi and also inspect Mushroom project at Adentan Ogbojo. He’ll wrap up his tour with a meeting with all constituency officers at Trade Fair.
