Mills Apologises for NDC Bad Ways

Professor John Evans Atta Mills has rendered a sincere apology to Mr. Yusif Kewura, the Brong Ahafo correspondent of The Chronicle, on behalf of himself and the entire ndc for the physical attack meted out to him by some supporters of the ndc in Sunyani last month.

The NDC flagbearer called on party supporters to desist from all forms of violence and be tolerant of the opinions of their political opponents.

He added that it was very unfortunate that some ndc supporters meted out such a physical assault on the reporter in the course of discharging his duties.

It will be recalled that, the Statesman and The Independent newspapers late last month carried stories from Techiman on the attack of The Chronicle reporter, Yusif Kewura, by some members of the National Democratic Congress (ndc).
