Major Mahama killers storm court with Bibles

There was drama at the premises of the court trying the case of the Youth in Denkyira-Boase who are suspected to have killed Major Mahama.

On Thursday when their case was called, people who had gathered to witness the trial were stunned when the suspects came to court holding bibles and singing praises to God to depict their repentant lives.

The suspect before disembarking from their journey to the court prayed and blowed some tongues to glorify the name of the lord and to seek the favor of the lord in their case.

However, the court was adjourned to the 25th of September awaiting the Attorney General’s advice.

Major Maxwell Mahama met his untimely death at Dnkyira-Obuasi where his identity was mistaken for an armed robber. Major Mahama was lynched by been subject to beatings with several objects including sticks and stones.

His death left the country in a state of shock because most Ghanaians could not fathom why human beings could subject their fellow human beings to such treatment.
