Evil forces prevent Presidents from succeeding – Duncan Williams

The Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International Ministry Nicholas Duncan-Williams has disclosed that there are a lot of negative forces in the country that fight people who climb the presidency.

According to him, these forces are always bent on making Presidents unpopular thereby not being able to deliver on their promises to the populace.

‘Let me tell you, what the problem is in this country with all these Presidents, I have watched them all, including this President (Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo), there are a lot of negative forces in this country that fight whoever sits on that throne,’ he revealed.

He said Presidents will always encounter problems if they are surrounded by people who are only interested in pursuing their own personal agenda to the detriment of that President’s vision.

Speaking with Kwabena Anokye Adisi popularly known as ‘Bola Ray’ on Starr Chat, the influential Archbishop said, ‘One of the challenges every President has and will have in this country, has to do with people with capacity, selfless people who don’t have an agenda or a vision of themselves, but just believe in the President’s agenda and vision, and help him to succeed, and two have love for country, I don’t think we have love for country’.

Archbishop Duncan Williams observed that people who help Presidents to win elections have the tendency of bringing their governments down if they are left out.

This, he advised Presidents to make provisions for people they cannot absorb in their governments.

He further disabused politicians’ minds not to go in for positions and gains when their political parties win power.

‘It will free the Presidents if people don’t have the mindset of going in for positions and gains,’ he advised.
