NDC school has no license to operate – National Accreditation Board

It has emerged that the National Institute of Social Democracy has not been accredited.

This is according to the National Accreditation Board (NAB) which has revealed in an interview with Citi FM that the ideological school of the opposition NDC has no license to operate. The NDC has revealed that the school forms part of efforts by the party to raise young persons with the ideals of Social Democracy – the very line through which the party operates.

“When somebody needs accreditation the person applies for it but to the best of my knowledge, they haven’t even applied for accreditation. I don’t know what type of school they are running.

We deal with tertiary education institutions so if they are not dealing running tertiary education institutions they may not need to apply to us,” executive secretary of the board, Kwame Dattey revealed.

Meanwhile, the leadership of the NDC is yet to comment on the statements by the accreditation board and if possible meet over the process of receiving a license.
