Military demolish church, houses at Adenta

Several houses and a popular church at Adenta Frafraha in Accra, have been demolished by some personnel of the military, Starrfmonline.com has gathered.

A member of the Fulfilled Gospel Church known as Boamah who confirmed the incident to Starrfmonline.com stated no prior notice was given them by the military before the exercise was carried out.

According to Boamah, part of the land at Adenta Frafraha belongs to the military but where the demolition took place belongs to individuals who acquired the land from the queen mother of the area.

The demolition exercise reportedly took place at 2 am Friday leaving residents homeless with some losing several properties in the process.

Several attempts to get a reaction from the Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Military Col. Aggrey Quarshie has been unsuccessful.
