The Ghanaian Chronicle in a front page story headlined: “Akwasi Agyeman: I’ll sack opposition MPs if…”., reports the Kumasi metropolitan chief executive, Nana Akwasi Agyeman as warning opposition MPs in Kumasi who are ex-officio members of the Kumasi Metropoitan Assembly (KMA) that he has the right to sack them if they misbehave. According to the paper, Nana Akwasi Agyeman claimed that only God and President Jerry Rawlings can remove him from office as KMA boss.
