Ladies trading their used pants for brand new in the Ashanti Region

Reports reaching abusuafmonline.com indicates pants swapping is assuming an alarming rate in the Ashanti Region.

According to our informants, the practice is largely patronized in the Central Business District of Kumasi, Adum.

Our source, Bridgette (not real name), revealed, ladies are allowed to trade their used panties for brand new half a dozen set of pants.

Speaking to abusuafmonline, Bridgette corroborated the practice and said “it is the new system in town now.”

According to Bridgette, “Yes it’s true. The ladies always bring their used panties for brand new ones.”

“It is not a new thing, it’s been going on for some time now and a lot of the ladies know about it and they have joined the practice,” Bridgette revealed.

“I don’t know why they trade their old panties for brand new ones, but it’s been going on lately,” she added.

There is another twist to the pant trading practice as there are some ladies who also actually rent panties and not necessarily buy them.

“Others too don’t swap their pants, but they rent them for a week or two and then return them,” our source revealed.

“For instance, there are some designer pants that are very expensive and so people don’t buy them fast as we expect.”

According to Bridgette, “what we do then is that, some of these big girls come around to rent and wear them to look sexy, after a week or so, they will return them.”

Asked how the traders profit from the practice, Bridgette said “because some of the pants are not affordable, they rent them and by the time two or three women rent the same pants, the shop owners would have recovered the price of the pants and make some profit, then repackage it and sell it cheap for extra profit.”
