Awuah Darko sues Ken Agyapong, 2 firms for defamation

Maverick politician and owner of Kencity Media Kennedy Agyepong and the Multi Media group have been sued by former MD of beleaguered state owned bulk oil storage company (BOST), Mr. Kingsley Kwame Awuah-Darko in an Accra High Court.

Mr. Awuah-Darko who left BOST on the 6th of January 2017 has been drawn into the the messy scandal that has rocked the company, a company he left in good health.

Hon. Kennedy Agyepong was on radio a few days ago making some serious allegations against the person of Mr Awuah-Darko.

Mr. Awuah-Darko is seeking damages to the tune of GHC5 million and a restraining order against Kennedy Agyepong.

Mr. Kennedy Agyepong has already been sued by the CEO of the Chamber of the Bulk Oil Distributors Mr. Senyo Hosi for allegations that he Mr. Hosi attempted to bribe the under pressure BOST MD Mr. Alfred Obeng Boateng.
