PSC will organize Annual Lectures

Accra May 2, GNA – The Public Services Commission will on May 19, 2004 organize the 7th in the series of their Annual Lecture in Accra. This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Mr Mike Gabah, Secretary of the Public Services Commission.

The statement said, this years lecture will be under the chairmanship of Mrs Emma Mitchell, Member of the Council of State, Professor Gyimah Boadi, Executive Director, Centre for Democratic Development, who will be the guest speaker for the occasion will speak on the topic; “The Quest for a Developmental Public Service in Ghana: challenges and prospects”.

Mr Joseph Henry Mensah, Senior Minster and the special guest of honour for the occasion will deliver the keynote address under the theme: “National Stability, Democratic Governance and Economic Development”.

It said the lecture is open to the general public.
