Govt Should Ban Condoms – Pastor

Reverend Apostle Prosper Kwabena Manu, the Founder and General-Overseer of the Back of The Bible Church, at Kaasi, a suburb of Kumasi disagrees with the medical authorities.

He does not accept that the use of condoms can help check the spread of HIV/AIDS. He has therefore called on the Government to ban the importation and use of condoms in the country. ?The people need the word of God and not condoms,? he told newsmen.

According to him, the use of condoms has rather contributed to the spread of HIV/AIDS because it has promoted promiscuity.

Rev. Apostle Manu is threatening to mobilise the members of his church to go from house to house to preach against the use of condoms. He advocates abstinence instead of the use of condoms.
