“Promoted Ghanair boss could not account for 108 million cedis”, is the headline that receives front page prominence in the Chronicle. The accompanying story says reports on the audit into Ghana Airways Banjul (Gambia) station finances suggest that Mrs Dylys Koney, former manageress of the station, who was interdicted by the former management consultant , Speedwing, but re-posted to head the New York office under inexplicable circumstances, could not properly account for an estimated 108 million cedis belonging to the indebted airline.
