Mr. J.R.D. Kobinah, Nzema East District Chief Executive, has attributed the poor standards in primary schools to inadequate supervision. He said head teachers must be concerned about up-dating their knowledge and skills to raise the standard of primary education to conform to the Free, Compulsory Universal Basic Education (F-CUBE) programme.
