Methodist Church donates to hospital

Bibiani (W/R), April 14, GNA- Members of the Bibiani Calvary Methodist Church on Easter Monday presented items worth two million cedis to the patients of the Bibiani Government Hospital. They included 20 sets of bed sheets, bread and cartons of evaporated milk.

The Reverend Moses K. Jackson, Superintendent Minister of the Church who presented the items on behalf of members, said the gesture was their contribution towards the upkeep of the sick at the hospital. He prayed for God’s guidance and protection and speedy recovery for the patients as well as staff of the hospital.

Miss Mary Yevenyo, Principal Nursing Officer at the Hospital who received the items, thanked the church for the gesture and said even though it was modest, the hospital greatly appreciated it.
