Ban on noisemaking begins on May 3

The Ga Traditional Council has announced that this year’s ban on drumming and noisemaking begins from Monday, 3 May and ends on Thursday 3 June at 1800 hours.

An official statement signed by Mrs Bernice O. Bempong, Assistant Regional Registrar of the Council called for the cooperation of all residents. The annual ban precedes the celebration of the Ga Festival, Homowo.
