Police chase Italian fraudster

An Accra circuit court has issued a warrant for the arrest of one Marco Sandro Masini, an Italian national.

Marco Sandro is alleged to have purchased goods from the complainant worth $8,800.00 and paid with a cheque which was dishonored at the bank.

The suspect, after collecting the goods, has since reportedly gone into hiding and efforts to locate him have proved futile.

He is fair in complexion, and believed to be 46 years old and is eight feet, eight inches tall.

Marco Sandro Masini is suspected to be hiding in and around Madina, Ashaley Botwe, Legon, Accra Central, Kumasi or Takoradi.

“Anybody with information of his whereabouts should report to the Cantonments police or the nearest police station or call the police crime fighters’ MTN/ Vodafone toll-free number 18555 for rapid response,” the police has announced.
