Cartoon: Nana and Johns unite for Ghana

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Tuesday met with three living presidents of Ghana to tap into their experiences and wisdom to shape his governance of the West African nation in the next four years.

The two-hour meeting at the Flagstaff House in Accra was between the President, and former presidents Jerry John Mahama, John Agyekum Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama.

“I am in the unique position of being able to draw on the wisdom and experience of three former Presidents of the Republic, their Excellencies Jerry John Rawlings, John Agyekum Kufuor and John Dramani Mahama. They represent the continuity of the institutions of our Republic, for which we thank God,” President Akufo-Addo said in his inaugural speech.
