NPP-New Jersey Nasara Group: Our attention has been drawn to a story that some bad elements in NDC want to kill Hon. Kennedy Agyapong. It’s quite unfortunate. We won’t treat this threat as a joke. Learning from the late Hon. J.B. Danquah, who was murdered about two years ago, we will take this threat with all the seriousness it deserves.
This is a warning to those behind this cowardly act to put a stop to it. If anything happens to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong (and Chairman Wontumi), with a better government today, we will do our best to bring the culprit(s) to book. These honorable men have our great NPP party and nation at heart. These figureheads love our nation so much that, they didn’t hesitate to put their lives on the line for us. Without mincing words, this comes as a strong warning to those cowards and losers behind this devilish act. We’re ready and fully prepared to protect the lives of our leaders. We will also use this publication to encourage our law enforcement agencies to take this threat seriously, investigate it, and offer our leaders the much needed security protection.
