District Asemblies urged to work closely with NADMO

Kumasi (Ashanti Region), 21 April, Mr. A.T. Boakye, Ashanti Regional Co-ordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), has called on district assemblies to work closely with the organisation for the effective management of disaster in the districts. Addressing a monthly conference of District Co-ordinators of NADMO in Kumasi on Monday, Mr. Boakye urged the assemblies not to wait until disaster strikes before managing it at very high cost.
