Mills Denies Saying He Would Apologize To Kufuor

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, Prof. J.E.A. Mills has denied ever saying that he would apologize to President Kufuor over Dr. Tony Aidoo?s statement that the President speaks like a dumb person.

Prof. Mills told Peace FM on Monday, March 15 that Dr. Aidoo is a senior official in the NDC, whose views on issues are personal.

He said he has not made up his mind to apologise on Dr. Tony Aidoo?s behalf adding that, he has not even discussed it with anybody.

Prof. Mills described the publication which was captured at the front page of Monday, March 16 edition of the Ghanaian Voice newspaper as a figment of the editor?s imagination.

However, the editor of the paper, Mr. Jordan repeatedly insisted that Prof. Mills made the statement to an NDC source, who dropped the hint to him.

Meanwhile, the NDC flagbearer has asked the Editor of the paper, Peace FM morning crew and the source who the editor claims hinted the story for a meeting at his Kuku Hill Office so the truth may be unveiled.
