Akufo-Addo holds 4-day seminar with his cabinet

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will today April 4, 2017 begin a 4-day seminar with his cabinet ministers at Peduase Presidential Lodge mynewsgh.com can authoritatively confirm

The exercise is expected to build the capacity of cabinet ministers in line with the party’s manifesto to deliver on its campaign promises to Ghanaians.

It is gathered that cabinet will take the opportunity to study the transition report and proffer solutions to the numerous challenges confronting the country’s economy.

The president in his maiden state of the nation address said he was in a hurry to fix the economy which is a major challenge to the Ghanaian community.

According to him, he inherited a tattered economy from the previous government.

A stabilized economy will fix some of the major challenges in all sectors of the nation. From the Agric sector, energy sector, business sector to the educational sector, stalwarts have predicted.

Nana Addo before his election promised to re-build the economy for the benefit of the nation, this he now says he can’t afford to waste much time to fulfill his promise to the Ghanaian community hence his hurriedness in fixing the economy.

He also said he is in a hurry to ensure that, every child attends school from Kindergarten to the Senior High School for free under his government.
