Former Customs Chief is dead

The former Commissioner of the Ghana Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS), Mr. Isaac Ewun-Tohma is dead. Mr. Ewun Tohma was admitted at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital n Accra, where he was receiving treatment for a mild stroke and pneumonia. Family sources say the former controller and accountant-general had been ill for the past 2 weeks. He was transferred to the Korle-Bu hospital late afternoon yesterday. He died around 1830 hrs GMT on the same day.
